Mary is a seasoned technology executive turned boutique recruiting leader with over two decades of experience building and scaling high-performance teams in fast-paced environments.

She led sales and services initiatives at five Silicon Valley startups—from inception through growth phases—contributing to three IPOs and multiple M&A transactions. In 2007, she transitioned into recruiting, launching NewView Executive Recruiting. Over the past decade, she has partnered with more than 50 companies, helping them address key hiring needs and accelerate growth.

Now as EVP and Managing Partner at NewView, Mary delivers executive-level recruiting services across Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Services, with a focus on the SaaS, high-tech, industrial automation, and manufacturing sectors.

Having “been in the trenches,” Mary brings a hands-on approach and a unique understanding of both business execution and talent acquisition. This allows her to quickly source and present high-performing candidates who align with a company’s goals and culture.
